If you watch police stop videos you know people with suspended licenses drive all the time. Many police chases are due to people driving with suspended licenses. If the law could stop him from driving, he wouldn't have gotten behind the wheel in the first place. He was impaired driving at a high rate of speed. A suspended license is a joke and a lawsuit once he does again but next time hurts someone. And given his track record, he will do it again.
