Fourth stop on my Fraternity Golf Series: Vanderbilt University! I walked into the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house not knowing a single person, and they sent out a guy who called himself a “1-handicap” to play me for money. We turned this into a full 9-hole money match — $100 minimum a hole, skins, side bets, and punishments that got more ridiculous every hole (20 bat spins on the driver before you’re allowed to swing, two brothers zip-tied together for the rest of the round, and a $1,000 bounty if he made a hole-in-one). After South Florida, Texas A&M, and Texas, I thought I knew what to expect from a fraternity golfer- I did not. It came down to the very last putt. Watch until the end.
