In today’s video, I’m going to show you how to really hammer the golf ball using your left wrist. So many golfers I work with come to me and say they just want to compress it for once. Well in my experience, most recreational players benefit from the powerful left wrist action I’ll be detailing in this episode. I’ve seen it work wonders on hundreds of students. Let me share with you those same secrets. You’ll learn how to compress the golf ball like never before, and really hammer your shots. *Unlock my free 5 KEYS to Natural Rotation, HERE 👉 https://milolinesgolf.com/5-keys-to-unlocking-a-rotational-golf-swing/*

Love this analogy and seeing the hammer. Very good training exercise as well.
Have you tinkered with different lead hand/wrist patterns before? What were they, and what were the results?

Hammer it baby, love this!
Strong grip player here. It’s fantastic for driver and shorter clubs, I find it gets tricky with longer clubs, as it requires a decent amount of shaft lean to keep face square. I also find it can actually ‘lock’ my wrist in extension in transition leading to blocks. Every grip style has its pros and cons I guess
milo the strongest!
So much for seeing the lead hand fingers below the trail hand at release.
Love this video one thing I am familiar with is using a hammer especially a single Jack or a sledgehammer. Thanks, Milo.
IT JUST OCCURRED TO ME THAT U'LL NEVER SEE A BALLPLAYER WITH HIS LEAD THUMB ANYWHERE BUT UNDERNEATH THE GRIP. THAT'S WHAT SEPERATES US FROM THE NEANDERTHALS. WE PUT THE THUMB ON TOP. iF IT SLIPS EVEN A FRACTION DOWN THE BACK OF THE SHAFT U FEEL LIKE A CAVEMAN. PROBABLY BECAUSE WE HAVE TO HIT A FAIRWAY FROM 250 YARDS WHILE THE BALLPLAYER HAS 90 DEGREES, POST 2 POST.
