In Today’s video we take a short drive from Kansas City to play golf at Mules National in Warrensburg, Missouri. Mules National Golf Club is University of Central Missouri’s golf course.

They've had to have completely remodeled/rebuilt the course since I went to school there in the late '90s, as watching your video I just did not remember any hole (plus I want to say it used to be just 9 holes way back when). Definitely recommend if you road trip to Columbia, MO to check out their courses (LA Nickell at Cosmo Park, Lake of the Woods, AL Gustin/Mizzou's GC) or trekking to my side of the state in STL where there's tons of great courses.

Thanks for the vid! I grew up from 7th grade and through college in the Burg and that place is sacred ground to me. Definitely a bit different since the remodel but some of the original routing/hole numbers are still there. Sadly the old hole 6 doesn’t exist anymore, where I got my only ace. But I love my visits back and always get in a couple rounds. It’s an INCREDIBLE value. Happy memories watching this
Ever played Oakwood country club in KC?
Looks like they changed the holes around since the last time I played there….(1988)
Now that i have had time to really look at it. The hole over to the left used to be #1. Great course! I used to play there and Royal Oaks at Whiteman AFB. I miss Missouri golf. But golf out here on the coast of North Carolina is pretty sweet too!

I worked here while I was in college. I would play this course around 3 times a week, & I still think the first 4 holes are the hardest holes I’ve played out of any course lol.
I have been a member at Mules National for almost five years and I absolutely love this course. It's not long distance wise, but still very challenging. The first four holes are definitely very tough. Especially the first hole. If you are ever this way again, and want to give it another go, let me know! Also, what do you use for the tracers?
