Tired of overpaying for game-improvement irons? These brand-new budget golf irons deliver insane forgiveness, high launch, and pure confidence on every swing — without the crazy price tag.
Check them out here – https://calonggolf.com/product/2026-calong-901-max-golf-irons-set-4-5-6-7-8-9-p-with-95g-steel-shaft-full-foam-inside-for-mid-high-handicap-player-power-in-your-clubs/
They’re designed to help mid-to-high handicappers hit straighter, higher, and more consistent shots. Big perimeter weighting, wide soles, and soft faces make mis-hits fly better than they have any right to.
And let’s be honest… once the big brands like Titleist, Ping, TaylorMade, and Callaway see these, they’ll “innovate” something almost identical and charge two or three times more. Don’t fall for it — get the performance now while the price is still sane.
In this video I break down:• Feel and sound
• Forgiveness on off-center hits
• Distance and launch
• Who these irons are perfect for
• Why they punch way above their price
If you’re looking for affordable golf clubs that actually help your game, these might be the best value irons of the year.

James what is thedifference between these 901s and the 801 i just bought which are just fantastic, I wouldny be at all surprised if Calong actually make the clubs for Tacomo, very similar
What do you think about haitch irons?
Are these now approved for competition play James?
They are perfect for my wife who’s just getting into golf!! Can’t wait to order some!
I believe a lot of the top brands are made in China. You can't blame them for launching their own stuff. They seem to work well enough, and unless you're a brand snob, why not?
The Calong iron heads look quite a lot like the Sub70 699 V3 iron heads. Sub 70 is an excellent D2C brand based in the US.
So in terms of forgiveness and performance so you like these or the 801s
Are they classed as game improvement irons ? All of the big brands are pricing themselves out of the everyday market that the average golfer cannot afford .
