Want to build a more consistent and powerful golf swing by learning how the best players move their bodies? In this video, I use a skeleton suit to break down the three basic planes of motion—flexion and extension, lateral tilt, and rotation—and show you how they work together to create a centered, stable pivot throughout the backswing, downswing, and follow-through.
You’ll learn how to train these movements using simple head-on-the-wall and door-frame drills, without even needing a golf club or a ball. I’ll show you how to control your extension, tilt, and rotation, why moving the hips forward is critical in the downswing, and how these movements help create better swing geometry, contact, and consistency.
If you’re serious about improving your golf game, be sure to check out my ALL ACCESS online golf community for swing reviews, live coaching calls, and full access to my digital training programmes.
