Kiwi not into golf.
Talk about incredible. This was surely even beyond Ryan's wildest dreams. Hollywood movie.
Their were several very talented golfers who were in contention who didn’t want to win in the final round. They will never be champions, it was obvious that apart from Young, Fox wanted to win. That is what sets Scheffler, Rory apart they a driven to win.
Love this guy! Great story. We tend to want to root for the Rorys or Scotties, but for every Brian Harmon or Ryan Fox, one major win is likely the pinnacle of their careers, a special thing for us to witness too.
Mr. Fantastic Congrats !
Congratulations, and well done, to him.
im trying to think of how many times i've seen a player needing to make a birdie on the last hole to win a major in my lifetime and actually pull that off and there hasn't been many. For Fox to birdie 18 which was one of the two hardest holes on the course and make that 10-12 footer is really amazing. he's a breath of fresh air in a sea of very boring, robotic golfers. never seen anybody swing the club like that but he owns his swing and makes it work.
Need some fresh air like him
I remember when Ryan was doing things in Australia. The gossip was terrible. Im glad he has proven them wrong. Onya mate… well done 👍
Um ya know! No, I don’t know! Other than you are a bumbling idiot I should never give interviews without gathering your thoughts on speaking in concise clear sentences.
I remember similar story about Scott Simpson won US Open in 1987. He told his wife I will quit golf but give me a last chance 🥰 love you Scott congratulations Fox 👍👍👍
