Luke solid job, as always, talking shop with the players and chatting up Eagle's Dad. Your style is so good for enabling conversation. I'm not mountain golfer so can't comment on that but here in Portland we do have some elevation on some courses but you know that already.
Sucks seeing a course forced in like that, butchering the land instead of working with it. Good for Joel to say something, wasn’t much but it was enough, stayed classy. The fairways are just covered in course dead tree mulch. 😓

I wouldn't go to Colorado for any amount of money. I , back in the day would have loved to go there, but the state has went completely socialist.
Mountain Golfing in Durango!!! 8,000 ft home course, par 4s and 5s! With pretty much 0 elevation. 60 flat acres on top of a mountain!

Grow the sport put West! Colorado, Utah & Idaho all hold unreal courses
