  1. When you start playing golf as a child, your body often learns the correct movement naturally.

But if you start playing later in life, it’s common to overthink every part of the swing. On top of that, many golfers develop the fear of not hitting the ball well. Those thoughts and fears often interrupt the natural kinetic sequence.

After repeating the same movement for a long time, that pattern starts to feel normal. That’s why you often need to relearn the correct sequence.

The good news is that there are drills that help you learn it naturally. You still need to practice them, but instead of consciously trying to control every position, the drill helps your body organize the movement on its own.

If you’d like one of these drills, comment HELP and I’ll send you the link to my newsletter. In the first email, you’ll receive a PDF with the drill.

If you’ve already signed up for the newsletter but can’t find the email anymore, just send me a private message here on Instagram. I’ll be happy to check and send it to you again.
    Best,
    Sigmar
