Jeni’s Wrasse Rice Slice is converted from a recipe from “The Australian Women’s Weekly New Cookbook” from the 70s, Curried Salmon and Rice Slice (p.53). Worth grabbing if you find a copy at an Op Shop or Grandma’s house.

The dive torch I used was the Nautilite Divemaster 1400 Dive Torch from GoDive, a solid upgrade from my 16 year-old Hollis ‘bommy knocker’. I’m not sponsored/affiliated, but, if you want one, you can grab them from GoDive in Hobart, and they do seem good quality for the price.
