There was a good turnout for Spalding Rugby Club’s annual golf day with a dozen first team squad members among those taking to the fairways.
The annual event was held at Spalding Golf Club for the 10th year in succession with nearly 70 players teeing off.
There were some really good scores in the Pairs Betterball format, and with an outstanding return of 49 points, the winners were Stephan Fox and Ben Fowler who were presented with the Brian Saville Cup.

The ladies’ prize was won by Naomi Smith and Lily Craven with 37 points.
The Half Way House is always a standout on the Golf Day with an array of home baked cakes and refreshments so a big thanks goes to Susie Jullien, Tina Burleton and Kate Pease along with all the other volunteers on the day.
