🎯 Mission Mike De Decker V2 Darts Review & 99 Dart Challenge!
In this video, I unbox the brand-new Mission Mike De Decker V2 darts and take a closer look at everything included in the package. These 95% tungsten darts feature a super slim 60mm barrel, gold-highlighted ring grip, and come fitted with Mission’s new R2.5 Rapid Point System.
After the unboxing, I put the V2s straight into a 99 Dart Challenge to see how they perform in a real scoring session.
I also compare them to Mike De Decker’s previous generation darts, looking at what’s changed, how the grip and barrel feel differ, and whether the new version is an upgrade.
I also check out the new R2.5 Rapid Points that come with the darts. While I don’t test the points themselves in play, I take a closer look at the new screw-in system and discuss the different point options available.

Easy now, it's a bit unfortunate that the cone part of the points isn't a tad bigger so the lip would be completely eliminated but hey they look great!

Good to hear tungsten prices are easing and Target announced price drops soon btw .
I use Caliburn Sword S4, with 36mm points from Mission. The secret to stop them shredding your board is don't just pull them out, I find gentle rotation of the dart while pulling them out prevents damage.
I like Mission stuff and not had any issues with it, be interesting to see what new stuff they got.

I love that companies are making points that are universal. So many good brands seemed out of my budget because the points, a tool and accessories on top tipped out of my budget. Now I can try more with what I have

I found Mission late in my darting journey. Love them. Their Mission Sniper Ripple are my preferred go to press fit point. Their kite shape force 90 Vortex work better for me than no 2 or no 6 shapes of every one else’s all in one. Shot has one but too brittle for my floor. 😆
I tried the black and gold MDD darts when they were on sale last month because they were a tad bit shorter and 60mm seemed looooonngg for me. They are just a tad too smooth for my release. I’m super excited they brought out a replaceable point that accepts storm points. Great video as usual.
saw a recent mission video with andy rating his top 10 best ever throws and he put mike de decker at No1 ahead of taylor, MVG, lowe anderson and RVB so you can definitely say they suit a good player, really glad all the big manufacturers are starting to embrace changeable points, it benefits everyone including the manufacturers, it's an incentive for all of them to come out with better points and flight/stem systems, if any of them can develop something better the market for it is everyone not just players throwing their barrels
