  1. You would think since it tracks your shots besides putting it would already show how many shots where taken before putting instead of manual entering it

  2. I love my S62, I wear it to the gym, swimming, etc. But…it does take a looong time to find a course. I have to get it going while I’m practicing. Cant just turn it on at the 1st tee. It can take several minutes to locate the course.

  3. The first thing to break on it will be the 2 loops that the strap goes under after being buckled. As for the rest of the strap, it will last. (based on experience of my Fenix 5x Sapphire)

  6. What do you like more personally? The screen on the epix vs the battery life of the fenix. I think the epix is long enough to get the nicer oled screen

  7. Love the fact you’re wearing the Kirkland glove. I have tried downloading apps for the Apple Watch to see if I would make use of the tech. My biggest issue is that I forget to look at the watch. It seems to take discipline to get the most out of these watches.

  11. I think it's important to add that the Fenix 7 and Epix 2 are getting the final outlying features that made the s62 unique with Virtual Caddie and Wind Speed/Direction. Outside of the associated cost between watches, it makes choosing between the S62 and Fenix/Epix a much simpler decision from a golf perspective.

  18. how would you compare just the golf features of the Fenix 7 to the S62? I am very interested in the S62, but if the Fenix 7 is just as good for golf I may consider it instead.

  19. I’m about to pull the trigger—either the Fenix 7 or the Epix Gen 2, primarily for golf, hiking, heart and O2 monitoring. I like the longer battery life on the Fenix, but I like the higher pixel numbers and clearer AMOLED screen on the Epix. But the Epix is $100 more than the Fenix. Does anyone have insight into the viewability of the displays outdoors in bright sunlight, say, on the golf course? It seems that while the Epix has the brighter display, it looks to me to be more reflective of the sun. And while the Fenix 7 has the duller display, it doesn’t look as reflective. Anybody?

  22. How do you find these watches in comparison to the Garmin Marq range? I.e golfer or athlete? Considered golfer but still more athlete lifestyle and wanting to spend more time on the course with these great features. Thank you!

I’ve just played my first round with the fenix 7 sapphire solar and was very impressed with it, the only downside I’ve found compared to my old garmin vivoactive 3 is that after I’ve saved my round on the fenix 7 it doesn’t upload my round to Strava where as my old watch did, am I missing something or does it not do this? Thanks.

  34. I’m a current Apple Watch user. Looking to switch to Garmin. Is this golf app only available on the Fenix 7? I was looking to get FR965 and hope it has same golf mapping feature

  35. The tech on this looks great but if I was playing with a friend who was constantly looking at their watch moving the pin around and putting in their score etc. etc. I wouldnt be playing with them again!
