Can never understand why pundits aren’t stating the obvious. Argentina have more technical players whereas England have better athleticism. So play the match in 30 degree plus temperatures, the game slows down almost to walking pace, therefore Messi excels and Argentina win. Play the match in colder temperatures and England can play their quick hi intensity Premier league style football then England win. Basically the venue is a significant factor. This game is in Atlanta in a 21 degrees air conditioned stadium. Expect England players to be energised and play with the same intensity they showed against Croatia. Messi will struggle more than usual because he’ll be quickly closed down denied time and space. England have the advantage and should win.
