I just returned to pull-ups from a 4 month shoulders injury Doing these pulls hits my abdominal muscles more. I think my core muscles declined the most during those injured days,All I did was regular squats and the rest I just sat and lie down always using cellphones.
Nice work

I can do about 20 pull ups about 40 push ups, f the gym
Arch antagonist hollow batman
Question, which works best for front lever strength training?
Hell, like I do 2, I can barely pull on my chest without arching
Donβt arch , donβt ever arch when you pull up. Arching unintentionally has caused me a lot of lower back pain in the past.
Bro I can do 1 or 2 but that range of motion is amazing
Arch pull ups will still hit the lats right?
bro that's my dream form
What does the red and blue mean on the diagram?
Bro the arch pull up causes me lower back pain
Ive always done them hollow, 10-14 a set, and usually 5 sets to warm up
Was pulling 190 weighted pull ups but my lower back is so fucked ive had to switch to hollow and basiaclly relearn my pull
Stronger every rep. Train smarter with OutUp Workouts β simple design, serious results. πͺ
Im pretty sure you can do both if you start arched and switch as you go up
Hollow body mush harder
I found better starting by an arch position and during the pull switching to the follow one
i don't feel like hitting my back in hollow body pull ups because my bar is low, so i will do arched pull ups
