Seed Golf SD-15 Vs SD-17 Vs SD-05 Golf Ball Reviews | No Corners Cut

Can SEED Golf compete with the biggest names in golf? 🌱⛳

In this review, I put three SEED Golf balls to the test: the SD-15, the SD-05, and an exclusive prototype, the unreleased SD-17. From driver performance and iron consistency to wedge spin, greenside control, feel, and overall value, each golf ball goes through the same testing process so you can see the real differences.

The SD-17 is especially exciting because it’s a prototype that isn’t available to the public yet. How does it compare to SEED’s current lineup, and could it become their best golf ball yet?

If you’re searching for a premium golf ball that offers tour-level performance without the premium price tag, this is a comparison you won’t want to miss.

In this video you’ll see:

  1. I was playing the 15, just moved to 05 and I love it. I just find it consistant, I first found out about Seed on your channel and love them, and is buy loosies it becomes more economical.

  2. Another great video. I’ve thought about trying Seed balls but with shipping, it’s just too expensive. Anyone know what the numbers in the name mean?

  3. We talked about the SD05 in my fitting and you kinda steered me away from it. This makes me wanna try it more, but i have a ton of others to try before i even order these.
Edit: almost forgot. If you find a seed ball you really love, you can order bulk for cheaper without the individual boxes and sleeve. Their "Loosies" 50 or 100 balls in one big box. You can get their premium ones for as little as like $2.50/ball vs like $3.50+ after shipping.

  4. Another great review Nick. Picked up my new irons today and ordered an Omni that will hopefully be here soon. Will probably book a fitting for you since the trifli isnt being made anymore.

  5. Seed is letting you order sd-17 as of last week.. I ordered 2 dozen to try. They have threm in white , bone, and rose colors. Told me shipping is to start mid july.

  6. Good clarification on spin numbers. In general, 2000-2500 is ideal for most players, however, them emphasis on the individual is important! Good chipping btw, big $$$

  7. I get points for pro shop purchases towards free golf. I always try and get balls there. Sneed makes great balls too, from the few I tried. This will be a good one.

    Happy 4th!!
