Doesn’t matter if it’s 10 points compression difference or whatever consumers buying it off the shelf will never know. You tube guys sat the speedsoft ink ball is crap but I hit it 50 yards further than any titliest ball and just 200 rpm spin so stops about the same I’m a true 4 handicap and plug the ink over any so called premium tour ball

Ping has an excellent "engineering/design recipe" (head shape, feel, launch profile, spin characteristics, turf interaction….specific to each iron category) such that their irons still perform (a la Hovland) very well despite new generations/iterations offered for retail. Callaway needs a "blueprint" – no pun – because their iron offerings are all over the map.
