Park golf championship held in Logan | Sports

The Ohio State Park Golf Championship was hosted by Wormburner Park Golf in Logan, Ohio on June 27, 2026.

The men’s winner, after a tie and playoff hole, was Taylor Junge of Logan. After two rounds, Taylor and Frank Todaro were tied with a score of 113. Frank made the trek from Akron, New York and represents Destroyer Park Golf there. Although falling short on the playoff hole, Frank did score an ace during the tournament.

Winning the women’s division was Courtney Campbell, with a score of 130. Courtney is a frequent player at Wormburner Park Golf with her “614 Gang”.

Rounding out the winner’s circle was Quinn Wilson who competed in the youth division. Quinn shot a 153.

Proceeds from the event went to Pelatonia. Pelatonia is a non-profit organization that raises money to support cancer research. Information can be found at pelotonia.org.
