Man it makes me want to get back into wrestling. I only did one year in HS. I had trouble wearing the beard mask cz of my big beard. It hindered my sight and affected my performance. Which is why I quit and never had the confidence to get better 😅

Growing up I’ve always dreamed of a professional wrestling leagues and have always came up with imaginary ones in my mind.
Obviously will neee happened but I really wish I could work for RAF: I have so many ideas I’ve came up with over the years maybe one day I’ll be able to implement them into my own promotion
But this promotion is one of the best I’ve seen the only counters I have is that this is in a fight card format, and although flashy and cool it just doesn’t feel right. Maybe there are some out there who’d agree.
I think wrestling should be competed the way wrestling.. is competed. In a tournament format.
Imagine a 3 Day Format. You do 1 weight class per event. All done on 1 mat
You bring in 64 competitors , pay them based on their seeds
Day 1 could be competed on 2 Mats. And is ONE & DONE format where if you lose you are out.
Round 1 is the round of 64 sounds like a lot of matches but if you have 2 mats it’s only 16 that could be a morning session
Then in the evening you could have the round of 32 , winners competing in a round of 16 again all on 2 mats. Thats only 12 matches of you have 2 matches going on at once
The winners of the round of 16 from day 1 advance to the second day , which becomes a DOUBLE ELIMINATION 8 man tournament all done on 1 Mat
You got the round of 8 (quarterfinals), consolation round 1 and the round of 4 (semifinals) all on day 2
Then day 3 consolation quarterfinals, consolation semifinals, 5th place match, 3rd place match , and championship
Meaning day 3 would only be 7 matches
This would be an evening event an you could add in 3 super matches i lnbetween rounds
Could be champions wrestling champions from other weight classes or just matchups people want to see
I think this would honor the way wrestling has always been competed in, allow more people to compete, while also bring excitement and attention from a promotions aspect
Kind of like CJI in a way but wrestling style
