No matter what swing technique I use, my issues are always the same. I'm sticking with ES method because it puts the least amount of strain on my back. However, even with ES I still hit so many thin shots, then I panic and start hitting fat shots. Tension increases just like this video mentions. I really feel my biggest problem is an early release and/or flip at the bottom. As a right-handed player, my right hand is so dominate that it constantly wants to take over. Even if I feel super relaxed, I still flip with the right hand. The fact I haven't been able to get a handle on this problem has been very discouraging. I can't seem to fix no matter what I do. Thanks so much for video!!
