Jalen Brunson was raised by former New York Knick and current Knicks assistant coach Rick Brunson. His dad instilled in him a work ethic and determination for greatness starting at a very young age. Both of his parents must be proud with who he’s become, and he’s really a hero to Knicks fans now.

Congratulations and I hope you lady see this. This is why you need fathers even if he’s not in their life you make sure his father’s around if he’s around because it matters, I got two sons and even though me and their mother were divorced I was there for my sons so I kept him out of jail. I kept been out of the streets they productive human beings. You should take this video and really watch it and listen to his mother in the background. She’s not saying stop that that’s my baby. She letting her father be a damn father learn from this ladies it’ll help you out.
And last night he made all of his proud we sat there, and we cried, but looking at this video, it was worth it every tear that we share everybody in the tri-state metropolitan area of New Jersey, New York and Southern Connecticut. We thank him tears of joy our ladies just do your part.
