  1. bad fight paddy showed that he should not have been there pim you also needed to leave ages ago, but fine just take your last pay check for you getting that for not really fighting

  2. Watching this fight back Justin made illia look small and paddy makes Justin look small so would really be a difficult matchup for illia as paddy has a chin on him aswell

  3. People forget illia went up weight class to fight Justin, just like Periera went up to fight Gane. Except Illia looked much smaller vs Justin

  4. This fight was way closer when you rewatch it … paddy deserves a rematch, the 2 eye pokes clear as day, hurt his vision, he can def beat him, topuria looked really bad compared to how paddy fought …

  5. I love what JG does. He picks his opponents apart piece by piece. His chin and ability to take extreme punishment invites his opponents into his range because they think they’re hurting him. They’re not really hurting him, and he knows how to cut his opponents faces with his twisting punches. His punches cut skin and blind his opponents. Against JG, you gotta stick and move and go for takedowns. Otherwise, he’ll drown you in deep water. Brilliant fighter with exceptional cardio, steal chin and hands that punish.

  6. You know, my human side really feels these professional MMA fighters, heck even boxers, any sport that requires tail beatings till almost death the fighters very much deserve a nice retirement that would provide them with comfort and unlimited medical when it’s their time to hang it up. None of these fighters should ever have to worry or struggle for anything below upper middle class living standards after participating in these gladiator sports for a career. I really mean this. Even if the UFC quietly started a investment fund strictly for retired fighters so no matter where they wind up, after they officially are forced to retire to home they never have to worry about medical insurance or a roof and upper middle income till the day their spouse passes away which will be after them. Just on the humanity side of things. These hopes and dreams of being world champions come at such a brutal price later on in their years and it shouldn’t be so. U.F.C. Dana White should start like a Black Rock style fund to care for these fighters in their retired years. I’m strictly speaking as a humanitarian. These fellas deserve a plush comfortable retirement when finished.

  7. There is a lot to unpack here. For anyone aspiring to be a fighter or learn, this is a good case study of Do’s and Don’ts. There is probably like a 100 takeaways. Paddy has creative striking but admires his work. Justin has great power but took some unnecessary damage I.e walking straight in instead of using footwork (sometimes).
