Barron Trump shows off new look in first public appearance in 4 months after rarely seen President’s son enjoys UFC

BARRON Trump stepped back into the spotlight in his first public appearance in four months at the historic UFC event staged on the White House lawn.

The 20-year-old, who has largely stayed out of public view, was spotted among the Trump family on Sunday as thousands packed onto the South Lawn for the blockbuster fight night.

Barron appeared with noticeably longer, dark wavy hair and a bit of a stubble as he joined President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump at the star-studded spectacle.

He was also sporting a navy blazer and crisp white shirt, mirroring his father’s smart look for the historic occasion.

It marked only the second time the youngest Trump child has been seen publicly since his inauguration in January 2025, after attending the State of the Union address in February.

The NYU student took his place alongside siblings, relatives and top administration officials as the first-ever UFC card at the White House got underway.

The event doubled as a celebration of Trump’s 80th birthday and the 250th anniversary of the United States, with more than $60 million reportedly spent transforming the South Lawn into a temporary fight arena.

Fans watched as Trump strode into the venue alongside UFC president Dana White after a weather delay caused by approaching storms in Washington DC.

The arena’s giant steel framework, dubbed “The Claw,” towered above the White House as 4,500 spectators packed inside while tens of thousands more watched from giant screens nearby.

Melania arrived shortly after her husband, drawing cheers as she took her seat cageside in a black midi dress and leather jacket.

Barron sat among a packed Trump family contingent that included Ivanka, Tiffany and Trump’s golfer granddaughter Kai.

The president’s Cabinet was also out in force, with Vice President JD Vance, FBI Director Kash Patel and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth among those attending.

Tech billionaire Mark Zuckerberg, broadcaster Joe Rogan and Paramount chief executive David Ellison were also spotted ringside.

The evening culminated with fireworks over the National Mall as Trump and family entered the Octagon following the headline bout.

Barron has become something of a political curiosity despite keeping a low profile throughout much of his father’s public life.

He is the only child shared by Donald and Melania Trump and is currently studying at New York University (NYU).

Although he rarely gives interviews or appears publicly, President Trump has credited his son with helping him connect with younger voters through social media and online influencers, including streamer Adin Ross.

Melania previously praised her son’s political instincts during an appearance on Fox Business.

“He’s incredible young man, we are very proud of him,” Melania said in a January interview on FOX Business Network’s Mornings With Maria.

“This time it’s very different because he’s 19 years old and first time he was 10 years old. He understands politics, he gives advice to his father, we talk about it, so very different.”

Away from politics, Barron is also a founding partner of Sollos, a South Florida-based beverage company.
