The New Jersey Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum will host its 23rd annual golf outing July 22 at Mercer Oaks Golf Club in West Windsor.
The $180 fee includes green fees and cart, practice range, locker, giveaways, prizes, a silent auction, and a buffet dinner after golf. Dinner separately is $75.
The shotgun/scramble event will tee off at 9 a.m. sharp, rain or shine, with brunch and registration from 7:45 to 8:15.
In addition to the tournament, golfers can take part in 50/50 Chances and Mulligans (separate tickets to be purchased), a silent raffle (also separate tickets), longest drive, closest to the pin and best 4-some score (included in fee). Also, each paid golfer will receive a giveaway bag with assorted items. In addition, golfers will receive some great items at registration.
Consider making a tee, flag, or meal sponsorship: $150 brunch, $200 flag, $300 dinner, $100 tee.
The goal of the chapter’s golf outing is to seek and raise contributions, donations and gifts to provide wrestling camps and clinic sponsorships to deserving youth who seek to improve and enhance their skills in the sport of amateur wrestling.
Proceeds will sponsor four partial wrestling camp scholarships to two boy students and two girl students, veterans and relief organizations, children’s hospitals such as St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, the Ronald McDonald House and Make A Wish.
