  1. I loved the way he explained those core concepts of the martial art system and how they tie to philosophy, training, cosmology and how a person should be. He's very articulate and made complex subjects easy to follow. Truly a master

  3. This guy is a real teacher. He kinsa remind me of Michael Jai Whyte.

The real teachers are so gentle & have a great personality. They know what they are capable of & don't need to prove it to anyone else. This is just for demonstration purposes. He said first you have to have a good heart ❤️.

You have to respect these people🙏

  4. 😂 idk who talks more homoerotic, this guy or the commentors gushing over him. Monks, yogi, and oath takers are typically wise and considerate, but always remember they are also definitely not actually celebate so make sure you keep in mind sometimes charm and passion are simply charm and passion. Its not bad, its fine to love how you want but read about ram dass and how monks roll in private, and realize these guys train as PUAs too. Go watch any of the other videos with monk stylists, they are all cruising and gassing him so hard. Its cute and all but its like, painfully true too.

  5. ive read and talked with people and they have all said monkey style is no joke. its also considered one of the hardest to master of the shaolin arts and practices.

  6. look at his palms, wow… many years and hundred thousands maybe millions of slapping on hard solid objects. Every hit is damaging.
The small repetitive trainings is the big deal.
i like the tea session, where i learn the essence of the ART.
