We Found a Golf Course With a Free Gondola Ride
We are heading up Interstate 80 to Lake Tahoe, California, just outside the historic town of Truckee, to spend an incredible summer day at Northstar California Resort. While it’s famous for winter skiing and its world-class mountain bike park, Northstar also boasts a phenomenal, scenic 18-hole golf course that you have to see to believe!
In this vlog, we hang out and practice our short game at the Northstar chipping area and putting green, and then we hit some premium (and yes, a little expensive!) balls at the stunning Northstar driving range.
After working on our swing, we head into the vibrant Northstar Village to explore. We take a hike along the beautiful, scenic Martis Valley Trail bike path before heading back into the village proper to grab a Northstar cookie. To cap off the perfect day, we jump on the free Northstar gondola ride up to the luxurious Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe hotel.
