What you're testing are boutique DTC clubs that are good value compared to the big boys, but if you really want to to talk serious value, you can spend 1/5th as much as even these, and still have an extremely serviceable club. The only thing stopping someone that is on a budget and truly seeks value would be yourself getting in your own way or worrying about what your golf buddies say. When you beat them with your budget clubs, most will keep their comments to themselves. Maybe it will be an idea for content to do super value testing for those on a very tight budget. I'm no longer on a tight budget, but starting about 30 years ago, I experimented with true budget options and found equipment can be very good and very affordable. Back then I could build a good hybrid for $15

Callaway Pre-Owned and 2nd swing have Qi10 fairway woods in great shape for about what Takomos cost. That limits the value to me.
My PXG 0211 3 and 7 wood have been in the bag for several years and will stay there for several more

Last year's Cobra DS Adapt is currently selling for $249. Last year's highly rated Black Ops from PXG is selling for $249. Those are options I would definitely choose over at Takomo.
Sub70 959X is $249 with a lot more shaft selections and their price upgrades are very reasonable.
