note 3: adidas makes a lot of different kinds of shoes that are just slight variations, like Evo SL, Evo SL ATR, Evo SL Woven, and Evo SL Exo. for the sake of brevity, and because these shoes end up running quite similarly, I will discuss them all as the same thing. Supernova is also a rather large family of shoes that I will discuss under the single umbrella of Supernova.

Haven't had an Adidas shoe after the boost era so I might have to pick one up to see what the hype is all about.
Did you ever experience any heel issues with the hyperboosts? Some say it's rubbing their heel area due to its stiffness.
would love to see a detailed review on the supernova rise 3. hopefully you are able to get hold of one soon

You forgot the Adizero SL2, which I use as a threshold repeats shoe, it's like a lowered Boston. Works very well on trails, too

Boston 13 in the max cushion category is grossly mis labeled in 2026 with 36mm of foam in the heel. Its the tempo trainer
I was just looking this up for Addidas the other day as I love the Evo SL but haven not really ran in there other shoes.
The Evo SL is a great show with one huge problem. Quality control. Every time I try on a pair, it fits different. I have one pair I love. So I bought a second pair that hurts my feet and causes blisters.
