Always Keep Your Weight Forward in the Golf Swing – The SECRET to Pure Contact

Many golfers struggle with poor contact because they shift their pressure the wrong way in the downswing. They try to start the downswing by throwing their weight at the target, but that often makes the body spin open, the club gets steep, and the strike falls apart.
