  1. This is very important for me and my swing. More difficult with balls on a tee though so I just do a similar in effectiveness small lead push to get it moving. Any suggestions?

  2. Hey Eric – it’s funny I actually experimented with this over the last 10-15 rounds. I tried to put all my awareness into my rotation and leg power (probably works for some) but for me it just didn’t feel as smooth. When I practice what you said my compression is much better and my striking is a ton smoother. Excellent video, always appreciate your hard work on the channel. We have a big mental health channel ourselves so I understand the constant work that is required. Thanks again.

  3. If I don’t specifically concentrate on my hips clearing, my shoulder pushing through and my lead hip pushing at the target, only bad things happen.

    So for me, that’s what so need to feel.

    the hands/club only approach would have disastrous consequences.

  5. Bob Toski & Davis Love Jr. wrote a great book on these concepts and "feeling" the golf swing, "How to Feel a Real Golf Swing." Great stuff, and it works well, particularly as you get older.
