Thomson bit of rangers cheerleading here today imo. Rohl did good considering what he took over? Is he serious? Naderi, rommens, Chukuwani, olsen all his signings totalling close to what Celtic spent in the 2 windows combined. Have they been game changing? Also tavernier has overseen the bottle job of 4 title races now. People think this is the only title race season but are we forgetting that rangers led the league going into the split 3 times since anges first season? He is 100% a main factor of the mentality of that rangers team. If Callum McGregor was that unsuccessful I wouldn’t want him being the leader of my club. Knowing his faults and repeated failure hes stayed on that massive wage bill and rangers board have allowed him to? Would they have been better off him not the captain all these years?
Do Rangers need to accept that they are no longer the force of old? Every year they think they can win, but they don't even come close. This is probably the closest the league has been, and they still finish third.

On the subject about referees in Scotland. I think the SFA should have a pathway option for players about to retire to apply for a bit of training.
For players who still want to remain in the game, surely a ref is a good option for a bit of extra Dosh and still being involved in the game. I also think players will get more respect. I also think players will be able to make better decisions overall.

This season from our POV is what happens when the board think they can skate with terrible recruitment and continue to under estimate other SPL teams. The players that were brought in – with no disrespect – for the most part – have shown that they were not up to the standard that is required for Celtic. Im guessing that the board – if they have learned their lesson they will be well in advance in preparation for next season. This season is an anomaly – this will not happen repeatedly.

Harry Milne has been the biggest and most ignored miss for Hearts. Our attack is nowhere as good as it can be without him. We miss him more than Devlin and I think alongside Shankland is our most important team player. Very underrated
