Is this the harshest penalty on the PGA Tour? 🌪️
During The Players Championship, Keegan Bradley got hit with a 2-stroke penalty after the wind moved his golf ball on the 16th green. 
Because he hadn’t marked and lifted it yet, he was supposed to play it from the new spot!
