  1. There is NUMEROUS plays or calls throughout the season that are OBVIOUSLY “fixed”. C’mon, let’s not bullshit each other about it anymore. It’s PAINFULLY obvious.

  2. Do we really trust the NCAA? We know they hate Cody Campbell…
Also, Sorsby should be getting more attention than Pavia.
Pavia is a charity case right now….
The dude is slow, short and shouldn’t even be considered in the NFL.
Sorsby has a lot of potential with the right coaches and that’s why Tech was so excited.

  3. The gambling industry is such a disease to society and especially to young men. I know we probably cannot avoid it completely anymore, but companies like FanDuel, Draftkings etc. Should be heavily regulated. For example, it shouldn’t be allowed to make any sort of advertisements for companies in this industry.

  4. Pelissero’s attitude is incredibly concerning. The rule was black and white. Sorsby bet on a team at the school where he was enrolled as a student athlete. That is a cardinal sin. He should permanently lose his eligibility. The notion that the NCAA should just settle for a negotiated 3 or 6 month suspension and move on is absurd. That is not better for the sport. It’s not even better for the sports books. This is an issue potentially affecting the integrity of the game. Without that there is no point to college football. The NCAA needs to drop the hammer and fight to the death to make it stick.

  5. So, the NFL is just going to do a Supplemental Draft for a QB with a gambling problem?

So, NFL teams are going to use a first or second round pick on a QB with a gambling problem?

Sorsby is going to need to do some work here to clear his name before anything can go forward.

I personally am not taking any chances on him. No way. Too many people out there are convinced that games are fixed as it is.
