Golf fans have been left stunned after the alcohol prices for the 2026 PGA Championship emerged online.
This year’s tournament will take place at Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. It will commence on Thursday, May 14, and conclude on Sunday, May 17.
Scottie Scheffler goes into the tournament as the defending champion and will be looking to become just the third player to retain their title, after Tiger Woods and Brooks Kopeka.
Scheffler, considered one of the greatest golfers in history, has recorded three consecutive second-place finishes going into the tournament and is the strong favourite to win it again in Pennsylvania.
Elsewhere, Rory McIlroy is looking to win his second consecutive major championship having defended his Masters title in April. Cameron Young, Jon Rahm, Xander Schauffele and Ludvig Aberg are also among the contenders to lift the trophy on Sunday.
Alcohol Prices For 2026 PGA Championship

Golf fans were left stunned by the food and drink prices at this year’s Masters, with the prices very affordable for those attending Augusta National.
For example, the iconic Crows Nest cocktail cost just $6 and comes in a commemorative cup, while a 16 ounce beer cost the same amount.
The alcohol prices at this year’s PGA Championship, shared by Golfweek, are much more expensive.
A Michelob Ultra costs $15, while a premium beer or a Bud Light Seltzer both cost $16. A high noon, which is a vodka seltzer, costs $16.50. While a William Hill North Cost Chardonnay costs $13.50, as does a William Hill California Sauvignon Blanc.
The cocktails cost even more. A Transfusion (Tito’s Handmade Vodka, grape, ginger and lime juice, Scheppers club soda, lime), costs $18.50, as does a Mulligan (Elijah Craig small batch bourbon, black tee, lemonade).
It will set golf fans back $17 to have A Dark ‘N Stormy (Goslings Black Seal Rum, goslings Stormy ginger beer, lime), with The Champ (Sugarlands PGA Championship lemonade moonshine, sweet tea, lemon) priced the same.
There are also classic cocktails, including a Bloody Mary and a Margarita, available for $17. For $6.50 more, you can make any mixed drink a double, while fans will have to pay $5.50 to make their drink a souvenir cocktail.

Golf fans have blasted the prices online. One said: “This reminds me why I appreciate The Masters so much more than any other sporting event anywhere.”
A second commented: “Absolutely crazy. At least 5x margins! Corporate greed at its finest,” while a third wrote: “Ridiculous. I guess they want people to remain sober.”
Rory McIlroy Reveals Toe Injury

Rory McIlroy was spotted limping following the Truist Championship last week. He has now revealed he has a blister on his right foot.
“I’ve got a blister on my pinky toe on my right foot. But it’s underneath my nail. So I can’t really get to it or so it’s a little sore, but I’ll be all right,” he said, per the Irish Times.
Looking ahead to this week, he said about the course, per golfmagic: “We played the BMW [Championship] there in 2018, but the course played a lot differently. It was wet in 2018 and the greens didn’t play as fast or as severe as what I felt like they played last week when I played.
“So it’s not a long golf course, but the big defense is the greens and they can tuck the pins away if they want to. But yeah it was nice to get an early look at it.
“It just means that the week of the tournament you’re not under pressure to play a lot of holes and historically the practice rounds at the PGA can be excruciatingly long, so it’s probably going to just be nine holes Tuesday, nine holes Wednesday.”
