Donald Trump is set to celebrate his 80th birthday next month – and apparently, it seems to be weighing on his mind.
A lip reader has analysed the moment the US President, 79, reportedly spoke with his son Eric, 42, about the upcoming milestone.
The father and son duo attended the LIV Golf tournament at Trump National Golf Club in Virginia on Saturday (9 May).
They were videoed and photographed while chatting behind a glass partition as they watched the game unfold, with the clips quickly making their way onto social media.
Speaking to Metro, lip reader Nicola Hickling has scrutinised one of them and revealed what she thinks they were talking about.

Referencing a conversation he had with another of his children, the Republican leader seemingly said: “Yes, we were talking, and he said, ‘Dad, you know you’re going to be 80 years old?‘“
Trump admitted: “After he said this, I felt old.”
But he apparently quickly followed it up with: “You’re only as old as you feel, right?” while wagging his finger at Eric.
The American President’s second term in the White House, which began in January 2025, has been marred by rumours and conspiracy theories surrounding his age and health.
In particular, people have taken an interest in ‘mysterious bruises’ appearing on his hands and being covered with makeup.
There was even a bizarre conspiracy that he’d died in September last year, with the White House forced to confirm that he was, in fact, alive and kicking.

Last year, he put an end to some of the rumours by confirming that he was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, which occurs when your leg veins become damaged and struggle to send blood back up to your heart.
Trump’s doctor, Sean Barbabella, said at the time that ‘importantly, there was no evidence of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or arterial disease’ and that Trump ‘remains in excellent health’.
The President also said that the large dose of aspirin he chooses to take daily has caused him to bruise easily, as has his ‘frequent handshaking’.
The US President has also had to hit back at the ‘Sleepy Don’ claims after pictures emerged of him with his eyes closed at public-facing events, seemingly looking like he’s having a bit of a snooze.
However, he told The Wall Street Journal: “I’ll just close. It’s very relaxing to me. Sometimes they’ll take a picture of me blinking, blinking, and they’ll catch me with the blink.”
