The greatest major champion of all time took the week off before majors and practiced there in preparation for the tournament. Things that make you go hmm.
Jordan has about 90% of his talent locked up in extreme comfort. He feels he has a long road ahead, plenty of time to win again, extremely easy-minded about the whole thing. What he needs is to start looking at his career as essentially over now unless he decides to start winning. He's just too comfortable. If he wants the highlight of his entire career to be crashing out on 15 at the Masters, he should keep doing what he's doing. If he's serious about erasing that ridiculous event from his own and everyone else's mind, he'll start playing every shot like it's incredibly important. Everyone can pretty much sense that the potential is there, and that's also part of the problem. If he allows things to keep going like this he'll be the next Tom Kite and no one wants to watch that unfold…
