In this video I walk you through the complete stance position I teach every single student from day one. Lower body posture, upper body posture, spine tilt, hip tilt, arm structure and alignment — the full setup sequence that creates extreme consistency every time you stand over the ball.
When your setup is correct your swing organises itself around it. When your setup is wrong you are fighting your own body on every shot.

Excellent information. Often the hip bump is not promoted. My coach taught me much the same routine. You need to practice it so it is instinctive on course.
