Sussex-based Fore Seasons LLC plans to open a golf simulator center called Bilek Golf Simulator at a shopping center at 1405 Capitol Drive in Pewaukee, according to plans submitted to the village.
Bilek Golf Simulator is planned for a 6,300-square-foot space next to a Pick ‘n Save store. The golf simulator center will occupy four currently vacant tenant suites in the shopping center.
It will have 7 golf simulator bays, which will surround a bar and tables where customers will be able to order drinks and light snacks.
Bilek Golf Simulator is expected to attract 75 customers per day and will have five part time employees, according to information submitted to the village.
Waukesha-based Duffek Construction is the general contractor and Wind Lake-based TDI Associates Inc. is the architect for the project.
