All this media speculation is always going to happen with our club. Until a player leaves and signs for a new club, I won’t believe it. It is also the same when we are linked with incoming players.

the signings since the takeover have been clearly mixed but in general the players we have signed outside of the prem have been a success and the ones from the prem have largely failed. Shame Eddie favours premiership players.
Will Gordon get game time at Bayern given the much superior stats of Olise and Diaz at Bayern. That's why I don't believe that Bayern will meet Newcastles price aspirations – too expensive for a backup.

Do we seriously want to keep Pope as a number 2, he is a calamity waiting to happen and unsettles our defenders. I suggest that we should be moving on from Pope along with Willock, J Murphy, Schar and Kraff. We also need to plan on potentially letting j7 go given his age, style of play and that we could potentially get a reasonable fee at this stage and little later.
My worry is if Lewis Hall leaves, I would let Tino and Gordon go as they don't seem committed to the club.
