Am I identifying my issues right?

Am I identifying my issues right?

Hello everyone,

To preface, I’m in the habit of getting monthly lessons from a great coach. I want to get a good handle on the things I’m doing wrong to work on in said lessons, and also fix things I don’t want to pay for if I can.

Iron play is the worst part of my game. On a good day I play a baby pull lol, but I’ll deal with super hooks and heel shank fades too. I’ve been working on tempo, takeaway, and trying my very best to chill on the Justin Thomas heel move. I think the main thing holding me back is my spinny hips. So question:

– is it my hips/sequencing?
– if it is, what are some things I could potentially work on?
– if not, what else could be a glaring issue?
– do I fall for the pull cut propaganda and just hit fades every time?

Thanks in advance!

  1. You need to work on confidence over the club, that swing is nice enough that it should not be the worst part of your game unless your short and tee game is lights out.
