Why are people complaining about refereeing when the referees only applied the rules to the letter? Neither handball was a penalty kick according to the rules, who cares if this is just or deserved or anything? Complain to/about FIFA if you want but not PSG (which was the better team on the pitch both games) or the referees who did what they were supposed to.
Best chances were with PSG, by far. If you're crying about a clearance hitting a hand to help you get a goal, you don't deserve the win. Period
a repetition of the 23/24 cl semi final fo bayern
Gutted for Bayern, they woz robbed. Kompany a class act. COYG now!!
Really need to sort out the rules on handballs this cannot be this complicated…this needs to go back to intentional or not…is that simple…if it hit the player then the arm is not a handball…if is above the shoulder is a handball…lets make this simple…if is a hand ball outside the pitch it should be a penalty inside…or just make it anytime it touches the hand that way is simple to check with bar…
Although I said PSG is going to win this I need to say that Bayern was robbed today.
respect to Kompany!!! Bayern did really well . . .
About Kvara . . .im not sure this guy knows or not that he is the best LW in the world right now but even maybe the best player . . . what this guy does on the pitch is unreal . . i never seen anything like this!!!
He defends like a defender . . . sometimes he played an LB or RB sometimes CDM . . . but he also been at the front and he was attacking . . . like how???? and people say Mbappe is the best player . . .🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Mbappe never been this good as Kvara and never be . . . the most completed player ever!!! I mean when u think about players on the pitch what actually can they do
this guy is playing on the whole pitch . . one day might see him in the goal as well to save some shots . . .
So pretty much, he hoped that there won''t be any biased decisions? 😀
Yall weren't talking about the robbery when barca comeback PSG 4-0 a lot of bad judgments. This is football!
paris deserved it but over two legs having like 4 massive wrong decisions from the refs is just insane on that level.
That's so funny that people only talk about the robbery but nobody talk about the rule ?? You are so petty, and also Bayern with their attack cannot score one goal during the game ?? I though Kane was the best stricker in the world ?? But their score at the 94th so of course their are eliminated. And also if you want to talk about the robbery, talk about the first penalty in the first leg where Diaz commit a fault on Pacho. So accept the defeat like man, of course both team deserve to go in the final but PSG team are better that's it
In the future the defender shots the ball in the hands of another defender and he throws the ball to another team player… No hand!
That ref got some Qatari coming his way
The sheek ref oil money eyes….
Referee needs to get his license revoked for the upper leagues. go back to reffing amateur leagues
That lady interviewing is incredible , good questions and amazing translation. Pacho was doing no favours speaking that fast😂
I'm not a fan of PSG nether of Bayern, but I have to admit that overall, PSG deserved the qualification.
Why is this ref ruining the game??? We shouldn't be talking about poor refereeing in a game of this magnitude
Honestly the referee was horrific. And I'm not talking about the 2 handballs. There were so many fouls that he would just give to PSG. Terrible ref.
Another coach crying about de referee when he loses. Take a look at the reaction of Simeone and follow his example.
Kane offside / whistle blown too early (23rd minute):
The referee whistles Kane back for alleged offside far too early. In modern VAR football, exactly these kinds of situations have to be allowed to play out. Even if it might have been marginally offside in the end, the early whistle takes a potentially dangerous attacking situation away from Bayern. Who knows what could have happened.
Second yellow for Mendes (29th minute):
Mendes is already on a yellow card and stops Laimer’s dribble with his hand or arm. From Bayern’s point of view, that is clearly a handball and at least a yellow card — which means a second yellow and therefore a red card. Instead, the decision suddenly goes against Laimer for handball, even though that call was later considered wrong or at least highly questionable. For me, this was the clearest and most decisive wrong decision.
Handball in the penalty area (31st minute):
The ball clearly hits João Neves’ outstretched arm inside PSG’s penalty area. The key question is: if the exact same situation happens at the halfway line, what gets called? Of course, a free kick for Bayern. But inside the box, it is suddenly judged differently. That inconsistent interpretation is exactly what makes it so frustrating.
Handball after Laimer’s shot (88th minute):
After Laimer’s shot, there is another handball situation inside the box where Bayern should at least be able to expect a clear review. Especially in a Champions League semi-final, a scene like that has to be checked properly. Instead, the referee waves play on.
Foul on Díaz / free kick for Bayern (78th minute):
Díaz is brought down just outside PSG’s penalty area, and Bayern should have been awarded a dangerous free kick. Instead, Díaz even ends up getting booked for his reaction. Once again, Bayern gets nothing.
And that is the problem: in all of these situations, VAR either does not intervene or is not allowed to intervene. In the end, this creates exactly the impression that PSG were protected in the decisive moments, while every controversial situation was interpreted against Bayern. Bayern did not just go out on sporting grounds; they were clearly disadvantaged in several key decisions.
That was a sham: the ref is Portuguese, and with Nuno Mendes, João Neves, Vitinha, and Gonçalo Ramos, there are four Portuguese players on PSG’s roster. How is that even possible? Anyone who adds that up to 1:1…
I'm not a Bayern fan but man you got robbed. I feel sorry for you.
Not even a var check
I need to know how much ARSENAL will spend for UCL refs to be on their side and hand them the winSince thats how the entire competition has been refs becoming celebrities every match
This was one of the worst referees I’ve seen in years and I’m not a Bayern Munich supporter. This was sad to watch honestly
J think it good enough for every team to score goals not to rely on opponents flimsy mistakes like handballs etc.
Playing against crooked ref is impossible. So what is the VAR point?
Before this, Cucurella Godhand+England referee+Spain vs Germany+Musiala. Now, Neves Godlikehand+Portugal Referee+PSG vs Bayern Munich+Musiala. Why it always happened to GERMANY? Is it England+Spain & Portugal+France so jealous with Germany that have already 4 world cup trophies or what?
How strange is that? Is it true that the Bayern Munich coach and players don't know the new hand ball rules?
Bayern played well against 12,referee forgot his sunglasses and white walking stick
The ref has to be investigated. Seriously
For those blaming the ref…isn’t this more about VAR?
And great interview from Kompany…honest about his feelings with the referee, but it doesn’t sound like whining. Unlike Arteta, who always sounds like he’s whining even when he has a point.
裁判也是有本事的,少見的能把Kane惹到爆氣,有沒有唇語專家幫我解讀一下Kane 罵了裁判什麼,而且賽後採訪直接開罵
I'm now rooting for Arsenal Idgaf about those PSG children's opinion.
PSG has seen how many goals Bayern is able to score at home. They have been in a 1:0 lead basically. So there was no need to leave a lot of open space for Diaz and Olise. So made the pitch tighter because they knew they have enough firepower with Kvara and Dembele. They have been smart enough to not go into an open fight on Bayern soil again. Adjusted and did great. Also obviously the first early goal was already a neck breaker. Bayern over the 90min had no real game plan. Yes they pushed but a lot of ball handling was done in absolute nowhere land. So many cross balls in nowhere land. PSG over two games was the better team. And that's it. You can argue about the Ref but you had 180min and they scored 6 goals on you and dominated the second 90mins.
When money getting bigger and sponsors. Fair game getting harder.
Bayern only needs 1 creative midfielder. Kimmich workrate is outstanding but boy he passed every ball he received back. Not 1 chance created, it looked terrible.
