Officers attempted to pull over a motorcyclist along the levee near Grandlake Boulevard.
The driver failed to stop, according to officers and instead allegedly drove off at 50 mph in a 20-mph zone, went through a stop sign, jumped on and off the levee and cut through a golf course with active players.
After the chase, KPD officers said the teen surrendered. During the arrest, police said they learned that the driver was a 14-year-old who had no license, helmet, lights, signals, plate or insurance and was also in possession of vape cartridges.
