A new golf, dining, and social experience in Mauldin is expected to open by early 2027.
Par Greenville is a collaboration project between the City of Mauldin and First Bank offering mini golf, two distinct 18-hole outdoor courses, an elevated restaurant, golf simulators, and more, with plans to break ground near Butler Road and Interstate-385 in June 2026.

The new golf and social site, located at 112 Millport Circle, plans to implement dynamic play elements throughout its 12,000-square-foot course, designed for all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels.
Additional attractions at the upcoming Par Greenville also include 25-foot viewing screens with fire pits for party hosting, an elevated restaurant concept with a full-service bar, and a social atmosphere curated around golf and entertainment.
“PAR Greenville is about creating an experience that brings people together, whether with family, co-workers, date night, or just an evening out to enjoy time in the beautiful Greenville weather,” said Par Greenville’s development team.

“We’re combining the nostalgia of mini golf with a modern, elevated environment that reflects the energy and growth of Greenville,” the development team added.
The Par Greenville concept plans to blend competitive fun with upscale hospitality, creating a destination where guests can play, dine, and gather.
