This marked her first public appearance since her boyfriend, Woods, was arrested for rolling over a Land Rover under the influence. Moreover, he recently announced a temporary hiatus from golf for treatment and has also withdrawn from the Ryder Cup.

Vanessa Trump made her first public appearance at the Cadillac Championship following Tiger Woods’ DUI arrest. She was papped with Kai and Donald Trump as they were seated inside their suite on the Blue Monster course. Earlier last month, she also took to Instagram Stories to post a supportive message alongside their cozy photo. In it, Trump and Woods were on a hammock, sharing a hug. Her caption read, “Love you,” followed by a red heart.
Additionally, a source told PEOPLE that Vanessa has been pretty supportive of Woods’ decision to undergo intensive therapy. Sharing an update on where their bond stands currently, they added, “She still supports this and supports him. She loves him and knows that private treatment was necessary.” They also said the two share a “strong bond” and that Vanessa went through some rough spots, but still worries about Woods and sticks by his side during hard times. Despite the latest arrest, the source states that Vanessa is “positive” about her future with Woods.
Recently, Woods also announced his brief hiatus from golf, as he wants to focus on his health and treatment. He looks forward to coming back strong professionally and personally. Moreover, the ace golfer also withdrew from leading the US team for the Ryder Cup in 2027.
The statement from the PGA of America read, “We commend Tiger for prioritizing his long-term health and deeply respect the courage it takes to make such a personal decision. Tiger has shared with us that he will not serve as captain of the 2027 US Ryder Cup team, and we support his decision.”
