Power washing is a huge business down here. Everyone has to powerwash everything all the time. Roofs, driveway, patios, sidewalks whole entire neighborhoods go through it at least once a year. HOAs love to tell you when to do your own stuff ..then they do it for the neighborhood.
Tiger started a restaurant/bar here too …i think it's called The Woods…or something like that. It's way too pricey for me to go to so naturally forget the name. It's not too far from where the …car flip…happened

Couple of pertinent things I think were left out: when he wrecked the car after all the affairs his wife came after him with a golf club lol. Then one of his serious crashes resulted with him the the hospital for a long time, he almost lost his leg. But he was able to make that big comeback. And then this wreck. He is a menace on the road.
