If you are in the market for a new putter the chances are that you will be trying out the latest offerings from the likes of TaylorMade, Odyssey, Scotty Cameron or PING.
Before you commit yourself, you might want to check out the Toulon Golf range.
What You Need to Know About Toulon Golf
Toulon Golf was originally founded in 2015 with the goal of creating the most exquisite milled putters in golf and quickly became recognised as one of the premier milled putter makers in the world. The company was set up by Sean Toulon, who was responsible for leading teams that created some of TaylorMade most iconic clubs, including the Burner woods and irons and the R9 driver, which was the first to come with removable shafts.
Toulon Design putters have been used to win more than 50 times on major global tours, and have become the second-most used milled putter in professional golf around the world.
In 2016 Toulon was acquired by Callaway Golf and became the high-end milled putter offering of Odyssey Golf. While at Callaway, Sean led the Callaway design team and was the GM of Odyssey and during his tenure both brands achieved record results.
Three years ago, Sean retired from Callaway to co-found Toulon Golf (in partnership with Callaway Golf) with his son Tony, and industry stalwart Toru Kamatari and the result is a magnificent range of putters.
How a Toulon 26 Las Vegas H1 Putter Changed My Game

I have just taken delivery of a stunning 26 Las Vegas H1, inspired by one that won two majors in 2024. And I have to tell you that I am a convert.
Hand-built for me by the team in Chichester, my club is heavier than standard (380G), with a gorgeous Stepless Steel Black Gloss shaft, 35 inches long with three degrees of loft and 70-degree lie and a blue 15-inch grip. The 26 Las Vegas H1 (which currently retails from £600) features a rounded top line and softened wing edges and it looks and feels amazing.
This is what Toulon has to say: “The 26 Collection takes beauty to another level, but it must be matched by performance. For 2026, we focused on face design to elevate performance. Our objective was to improve roll characteristics while perfectly matching ball speed with the sound and feel experienced at impact. It’s this harmony of sound, feel, speed, and roll that defines the entire performance package.
“Our most widely known face mill pattern, Deep Diamond Mill, first came to life over a decade ago, yet we’ve never considered it finished. DDM has earned more than 60 worldwide victories, including two majors, and is known for its satisfying feel and pure roll. We believe it can be even better.
“By refining groove shape, depth, and adding horizontal grooves, we’ve created our most satisfying milled putter performance package yet.”
What Makes This Putter So Special

For me, the key to this club is the weights on the aluminium soleplate that are designed to improve ball speed consistency across the face. And that face features a Deep Diamond Mill pattern that creates a soft sound and feel upon contact with the ball. With 20 degrees of toe hang, it is aimed at golfers with a moderate stroke arc and face rotation.
It is finished in Midnight Blue with hints of white and cool grey paint fill.
Of course, the proof of the pudding is in how it performs on the course. And I have to say that it blew me away.
Last year I was fitted for a Wilson Infinite putter and it transformed my putting from short range. But as much I have enjoyed it, I have had problems getting longer putts to the hole. The extra weight in the Las Vegas H1 has solved that instantly. The club feels beautifully balanced and oozes quality.
In only my second round with it I was playing in a fourball betterball match and drained a 50-foot birdie putt and followed it two holes later with another of around 35 feet. Yippee!
You don’t need me to tell you that confidence is everything on the greens. If you can avoid three-putts it stands to reason that your scores are going to improve.
It Could Help You to Hole More Putts Too
I may now be classed as a senior golfer but, like everybody else who plays this wonderful game, I am constantly looking for ways to improve my scoring and I am absolutely convinced that this putter is going to help me achieve that. I believe that as the greens get quicker as the weather warms up then it could turn out to be a magic wand.
Toulon offers a comprehensive range of mallet and blade putters. I am confident that if you are looking for a top-quality new wand there will be something in the range to suit your game – and I would definitely recommend that you check out the Blackout Series.
