FAIRFIELD, Calif. – Pepperdine won the 2026 West Coast Conference Men’s Golf Championship, securing the conference team title for the second consecutive year and 24th time in program history. The Waves earned a 4-1 win over Oregon State in the match play finals Sunday afternoon at Green Valley Country Club in Fairfield, Calif., to capture the conference crown.

Pepperdine, the No. 2 seed in match play, defeated third-seeded Augusta, 4-1, earlier on Sunday in the semifinal round. The Waves, ranked No. 15 in the SCOREBOARD rankings, then secured the title with a 4-1 victory over fourth-seeded Oregon State in the finals.

Brady Siravo picked up Pepperdine’s first point against OSU, defeating Nguyen Anh Minh, 1 UP. He finished his round with four birdies.

OSU’s Stanley Lin pulled the match all square with a 4&3 win over Mahanth Chirravuri. Lin birdied five holes in the round, including his last two holes to secure the point for the Beavers.

Willy Walsh put the Waves back in front with a 2&1 win over Collin Hodgkinson. Walsh birdied six holes in the round, including two of his last three to earn the win.

Pepperdine was in search of the clinching point with two matches left. Pepperdine’s Carson Kim and Oregon State’s Antonie Jasmin entered the final hole all square. Kim landed his approach shot close to the pin to set up a three-foot birdie putt for the victory. The junior sunk the putt to win 1 UP and celebrated with a fist pump as he secured the title clinching point for the Waves.

Moments later on 17, Pepperdine’s Byungho Lee took the hole to secure his match win 2&1 and earned a fourth point for the Waves.

With both matches won, the full team gathered on the 18th fairway to celebrate the conference title.

Earlier in the day, the Waves advanced to the final round with a 4-1 win over Augusta in the semifinals with points from Chirravuri (1 UP), Siravo (2&1), Walsh (2&1) and Lee (1 UP).

Oregon State knocked off top-seed San Diego in its semifinal match. The Beavers and Toreros staged a battle to the final hole in the final group. They traded points early on with Jasmin winning, 4&2, for OSU and Ian Maspat taking his match, 4&3, for USD. The Toreros pushed ahead with a 2&1 win by Cooper Humphreys, before Lin made it all square with a 2&1 win for the Beavers. It came down to Reed Arnaldo of San Diego and Hodgkinson. In front of a large gallery on 18, Hodgkinson landed his approach shot from more than 100 yards out within five feet of the cup. He sunk his putt for the birdie to clinch the match and advance OSU to the finals with the 3-2 win.

Pepperdine’s victory over Oregon State in the finals on Sunday gave the Waves back-to-back team titles and their sixth conference team championship in the last eight events.

Pepperdine secured the West Coast Conference’s automatic qualification to the NCAA Regionals. The NCAA Men’s Golf selection show is Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. PT on the Golf Channel.
