I turn 50 this Friday. Im so blessed to have witness the GOAT career. Especially since im born & raised from Chicago ❤
Loved the black jerseys and Red Kerr. It's not the 80's -90's Bulls without him. This definitely a breath of fresh air. I love being reminded of how good we had it. Thanks for another opportunity to reminisce.
I was a '90s teenager who hated Michael Jordan the entire decade But now that I'm older, I really wish I had appreciated MJ much more.
13:29 he was a horrible teammate he was horrible to play with — Scottie Pippen
The whole team literally guarding MJ…..those killers fadeaways, perfect at every angle…man, this dude is from another galaxy…#mj23🐐
Notice that MJ never did what they call today "bully ball." He always went around or over – because they actually called offensive fouls in the 90s. Bully ball means no talent.
this footage is from the 95-96 season.
Loved it, as usual. I think the reason why we don't see that anymore, is because the whole league has decided that mid-distance jumpshots are the worst possible option. Get 1 step further and get an additional 3rd point (for a %age that is not 1/3rd lower), or get 2 steps closer and be less than 5 feet from the arc, with a muuuuuuch higher success %age.
They really should get rid of the 3 pts line.
Honestly I think the black Jerseys were awesome. As a full season Jersey not so much, still love them but the red is always just pure iconic bulls, but as a secondary, or away kit, maybe a part season/special game jersey, something to shake things up now and then….. They looked sick for that sort of use for sure. I'd honestly forgotten about them still I started getting back into Jordan highlights after all these modern day kids keep trying to say he's not the GOAT. And first time I saw them again I was like "god damn, that kit nice."
KDs solution to double teams is sitting out games
KD and Lebron would not make it far in that era.. M.J didnt need the 3point line at all to get the job done..
If KD is 6'6 he would just be an average player at best
Great video. Taking a walk through memory lane. U start remembering watching certain of these plays 30yrs back and you felt back then. Awesome. Thanks!!
“He can’t be bargained with, he can’t be reasoned with and he absolutely will.. not..stop.. Ever! Until you are dead!”-K. Reese
MJ was CINEMA!
By LeLGBTQ fangirls logic Jordan doing all the with no left hand 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂
I feel like this entire era and its players is fraudulent and merely a media construct. They are all getting exposed.
The pinstripe jersey was the coolest shit out. I like the red kit, especially the OG 80s one. I don't mind the white or black. Pinstripes though? Slick af.
Edit to add: Hell yes on Starks, he gave it everything against Mike. Loved that cocky little buggar.
miami and san antonio i think but chicago black with red strips always my favorite
12:06 <—- I didn't like the alternates (black jerseys) at first, until I saw a #91 Rodman hanging in the window of a store (Foot Locker, Sports Authority or something). That's when I noticed the red pin stripes in the jersey. That changed everything for me. Loved them ever since. If I'm not mistaken, that Bulls team was the first team to have an alternate jersey.
as bret "the hitman" hart used to say: "the best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be…"
that statement holds true when it comes to michael jordan…
I'm with you on MJ being great and all but these clips aren't fair to KD. Durant can and has scored in all of these scenarios, his issue comes with initiating offense and beating doubles beyond the 3pt line.
Stop it. Don't ever compare these 2 again. One created a 72 wins team, the other joined a 72 wins team.
Great video showing just normal (normal for Jordan, not for any other players) in game highlights from 95/96. Most players would love these highlights as their career compilation, these were just the average Jordan performance game in and game out (jump shots, drives, dunks, steals, blocks).
The NBA has been unraveling for 20yrs.
I loved the black uniforms
LOVED the Black Alternate Jersey!!
Well to be fair 95-98 MJ was older and athleticism diminishing so he definitely got more effective and efficient…he has wasn't his the same MJ from the 1st 3peat in terms of athleticism but still MJ nonetheless
Michael Jordan looks 10x better then any superstar today in this video 😭
Please let’s not forget for all those that actually witnessed MJ’s career live of how he used to be in total “Cruise Control” for all regular season games if he’s untriggered .. But we all knew he would give us a treat for Christmas Day games and his MSG showcase games.. He had gears to his madness thats what this generation will never realize.. MJ was a fine tuned machine that could entertain the masses.. Just his rebound Put Back highlights or all his Behind the Back Layup package highlights would be totally mesmerizing!!!!.. This man could actually make a casual fan “Freeze” in time when watching him in live games.. That performance in MSG as a veteran wearing his old school Jordan Ones that’s trending everywhere right now .. That performance under pain was super Legendary and Epic till this very day.. Because we all know how dedicated MJ was to the game.. We never felt robbed or cheated as fans.. He was a real life Super Hero!!!..tbh..
David Stern is GOAT. Just remember people it just a job.
The one for what LeBron can't do would run for weeks. It's no wonder someone hasn't made that video yet.
12:10 I always thought the black striped jerseys were 🔥 in my opinion.
This along with KD flat out quitting is what makes Isaiah Thomas comments so utterly insane 😅
His unique ability to stop on a dime on a catch and shoot fading away the opposite direction is so smooth and unguardable
Should've been doing things LeBron couldn't dream of
He can adjust when he's in the air like no one!

Poetry in motion
People say LeBron is the goat yet the league puts the Jordan logo on the statement and all star jerseys. MJ is the undisputed GOAT. Players actually feared that man.
MJ managed doubles and triples by changing his timing. He looks when and where the help defender is coming from, and he goes into his move or shot a second or two right before that help defense arrives. Underrated skill of his and is often unnoticed or overlooked because it is not a "visual skill" like using your dribble moves to break or slip through. Add to that that he is a willing passer when it is the best option in the situation. In his younger years, he would try to take on multiple defenders by himself, but he learned to trust his teammates more and would dish it out if it is the best option for that situation.
These guys would be janitors in the 90’s, not even plumbers.
I've never seen another NBA player move so smoothly on the court with such agility and finesse. Kobe and now Anthony Edwards come to mind but MJ made it look easy. Jordan had finesse and physicality power in his game and could turn em on whenever he wanted. Shout out to Johnny Redd Kerr!!
23:25 about his game evolving. if you watch games from 84, thru 98 you can see his game evolve to a much more cerebral player.
23:37 thew black jersey. i am with you, i thought it was greatness in the 90's. i am not as much of a fan now
Wilt took on 5
MJ is that GOAT in style, substance, and form.
Lol this is nothing jordan vs the badboys is a thing of beauty. On one side you had guys trying to kill the guy. On the other side you had a guy who just wont give up to the very end.
MOST of the clips shown was not even prime Jordan..Jordan was already 33-36 years old by then.
