Saying this as a huge Nelly fan, 10 of the last 11 Shorts on this channel are Nelly Korda. That’s not a content strategy, that’s a single-player fan account. Every highlight reel leads with her, with other players slotted in as filler. Nelly’s run deserves coverage, but this isn’t marketing the tour, it’s marketing one player. Whoever’s running this content strategy should look at the 2025 KPMG final round ratings, cut in half year-over-year (428K vs 867K), and the empty stands at Chevron this week. The single-star model isn’t working. Build storylines, build other players. That’s what grows a tour.

Nelly is one of the best things to ever happen to women’s golf. She’s super talented, has a family pedigree of sporting excellence, is comfortably now a far superior athlete to her siblings and father Petr, and she’s smoking hot. Is that last point necessary? No, but it certainly isn’t a negative.
She has the face of an annoying teenage boy 😂
