The Jiri glaze is insane. He larps as a samurai(he’s an Eastern Europe from Czech) and has the worst IQ from any fighter considered “elite”. A true specialist in failure who’s somehow convinced people he’s a mystical figure because he sits in dark rooms and goes to snowy woods.

I just have to add this comment regarding Ariels interview technique and Aljos public appearance:
When Ariel says the path to the title is usually straight forward for champs moving up and he feels aljo has had to face a murders row, that type of framing is a bit dubious.
1. His 1st fight was against Kattar at ufc 300 (massive spot and a real good test, def not murderes row: kattar 2 looses b2b). Aljo didn’t wow in any way other than control.
2. He nevertheless got (what could have been a nr 1 cont fight) against movsar and LOST! But gr8 fight.
3. His next was the husk of the fighter Brain Ortega. Again he didn’t wow bu good fight.
4. This was pretty much his only real good fight ”murderes row” type fight that he won. And he is now in title contention.
Ariels question AND Aljo’s response (not clearly stating that he got his chance against Movsar and lost) is feeding the Aljo as a victim narrative.
Drives me nuts.
